We get asked a lot of the same questions before people commit to working with us, and that’s exactly how it should be. You’re not just buying a website or a bit of content, you’re picking a team you’re going to be talking to regularly, so it’s fair enough to want the details upfront.
So rather than making you dig through the site or wait for a call to get straight answers, here’s what we get asked most, answered properly.
What do you actually do?
Short answer, quite a lot. Web design and development, branding, content creation, video and photography, SEO, GEO and PPC, and increasingly AI integration and bespoke web systems. Most clients come to us for one thing, a new website usually, and end up using us for more once they see how the different bits connect. A site that looks good but has no content strategy behind it, or great branding with a website that doesn’t reflect it, tends to fall flat. We prefer joining the dots.
Do you only work with businesses in Leeds and Wakefield?
Not at all, though we won’t pretend we’re not proud of being a Yorkshire agency. We’ve worked with clients well beyond West Yorkshire, but being based between Tileyard North in Wakefield and White Rose Park in Leeds means we’re on hand for a proper face to face when it matters, which a lot of clients find useful once projects get into the detail.
How do you price things?
It depends entirely on scope, so we’re not going to pretend there’s a flat rate that works for everyone. What we can promise is that every estimate we send is broken down clearly, so you can see what you’re paying for and what counts as an extra, rather than one vague number with no explanation behind it.
How long does a project actually take?
Again, depends on the size of it. A straightforward website redesign might be weeks, a full brand and web build with bespoke systems is a different conversation. What we always try to avoid is the classic agency trap of an ambitious timeline that quietly slips and slips. We’d rather give you a realistic date and hit it.
Do you offer support once the project’s finished?
Yes, and honestly this is where a lot of agencies fall down. We don’t disappear the moment a site goes live. Whether that’s ongoing SEO work, content updates, or just being on the end of the phone when something needs tweaking, we stick around.
What’s this GEO thing you mention?
GEO stands for generative engine optimisation, essentially making sure your business shows up when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for recommendations, not just when they Google something. It’s becoming as important as traditional SEO, and it’s something we’re building into every project now rather than treating as an afterthought.
