We developed a comprehensive portal for CVS Falkirk & District who deliver support for third sector organisations in the region. The portal is a member-only solution and gives CVS Falkirk the tools to manage their member organisation’s journey from initial onboarding through to ongoing support and development. The support portal contains funding applications, a knowledge base, detailed organisation profiles and most recently a complete self-assessment function aimed at delivering tailored advice/resources to organisations. Admin functions for the team at CVS Falkirk & District allow them to review funding applications, monitor self assessments and manage memberships, as well as extract detailed data export and reporting. The portal has replaced hours of manual work, spreadsheets and paperwork with a centralised, secure and flexible portal.
