Meet our co-owner, Michael. A frontend developer, he’s also passionate about all things digital design. Always on top of the latest web trends, he loves using animation to bring designs to life, making them more dynamic and improving user experience.
There’ll be no jargon from our Michael; he explains things in ‘no-nonsense’ terms and what you see is what you’ll get.
Favourite workflow tool: Responsively App – Michael says "it’s great for testing websites across multiple devices simultaneously".
Fun fact: He has a tattoo of Paddington Bear

Say hello to our co-owner and web developer, our Ash. He’s passionate about data, processes, and workflows – the stuff he deems ‘not very exciting’ in the eyes of others. Creating streamlined, digital solutions to administrative and technical challenges, he immerses himself in projects and strives to – alongside the rest of the team – become an expert within our clients’ sectors and product areas.
Favourite workflow tool: For Ash, it’s Photoshop Ai (Generative Fill) all the way – “hours of fun”, he says.
Fun fact: He’s a twin and says the two of them are often mistaken for each other. “This has resulted in many awkward exchanges”, he says.

With over 20 years’ experience, what our Sam doesn’t know about graphic and digital design isn’t worth knowing. She loves getting stuck into print and digital designs and she’s as keen to create brand-new concepts for startups as she is bringing new life to an existing brand. Working with our clients from kick-off, right through to the finished product, Sam’s innovative and original designs always get a big thumbs up.
Favourite workflow tool: Sam keeps a close eye on the latest trends in movements and design and says you can’t beat trusty old Illustrator/Photoshop.
Fun fact: When she’s not at her Mac, she can be found creating new cocktails in her bar.

Tom prides himself on his attention to detail and pixel-perfect development. He's passionate about producing lightweight optimised code and 'strongly dislikes' (hates a strong word) bloated code produced by 'do-it-yourself' website builders.
An expert across multiple modern coding languages, Tom is always looking to expand his skill set and workflow techniques.
Favourite workflow tool: Tom enjoys coding with his copilot onboard – GitHub Copilot that is.
Fun fact: Tom is fluent in Spanish – Hola, mucho gusto conocerte!

Our resident videographer and photographer, our Stephen is an expert in the moving (and static!) picture, including production and post-production. Comfortable across a variety of industries – and both on and off-site – Stephen loves nothing more than taking a brief and bringing our clients’ vision to life. He believes in short, punchy videos that grab the user’s attention – for use on social media and websites. He’s also a drone pilot who likes to capture the perfect aerial shot.
Favourite workflow tool: It’s got to be DaVinci Resolve for our Stephen.
Fun fact: In his spare time. Stephen likes to chase the Northern lights (aurora borealis), camera in hand.

Our Lauren has over 18 years’ experience, beginning her writing career in local journalism before making the foray into copywriting in 2010. Lauren’s time spent interviewing and writing about people for various newspapers and magazines means she also loves ‘interviewing’ our own clients and capturing their story.
Favourite workflow tool: For Lauren, it’s Buffer. “It’s so handy for keeping clients’ many social platforms up to date”, she says.
Fun fact: Lauren’s a massive fan of the film, Kes, and could probably recite it word for word. For that reason alone, it would definitely be her specialist subject on Mastermind.
