Fusion Students are developing exciting new student accommodation up and down the country – their latest development being built in the centre of Leeds. They needed a digital partner to develop a fresh new website to show off their luxury developments and connect with their student audience. The bespoke website is built with conversion in mind and fully integrated with their HubSpot CRM.
It also connects seamlessly to their property management portal Concurrent via API, so development details such as room availability stay up to date automatically. We continue to work with Fusion Students, developing new updates and constantly improving the user journey.
We recently partnered with Stuhomes, a premium student accommodation provider with well-located studios and ensuite apartments in London and Leeds, to deliver a future-proof digital platform that supports their growth. We built a bespoke WordPress website with flexible content blocks, giving their internal team the freedom to compose pages, showcase different room types and launch lifestyle content.
A key technical aspect was the integration with the Concurrent API to sync room data, pricing and availability throughout the site. This means room listings on Stuhomes’ site are automatically updated from Concurrent, ensuring that prospective students always see accurate, real-time information.
