Ian has worked in the advertising and design business for almost 30 years. His early career was in publishing, working along side some of the country’s most recognisable advertising agencies and largest clients.

Ian opened his first advertising and design agency, Indigo 6, in Leeds and worked on a range of design and marketing projects for clients as diverse as Penguin Books, Thomas Cook Travel, AXA Insurance, Storm Watches and M&S Recruitment as well as an expanding portfolio of public sector clients such as Leeds City Council, Doncaster Metropolitan Council, North Yorkshire County Council and West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Authority.

Lanie Green.

Creative Director

Previously Creative Director of an international marketing group and now lending her skills to Our Agency, Lanie gives us the edge when it comes to photographic projects. Having art directed for major brands, all over the globe, she can turn a good brief into an amazing brief, creating images and videos that pack a punch.

Famous for her straightforward approach to branding and design, she’s delivered keynote presentations and is always happy share insights into the industry – myth busting and generally being helpful.

Oh, and she’s our copy writing expert too. From lengthy government reports to upbeat headlines (and even a bit of poetry), she’ll craft a tone of voice that’s unique to you.

Marcus Jack.


Marcus is the font of all knowledge for all things topical and musical (very useful in a pub quiz). Apart from keeping everyone up-to-date with news and reviews, he’s a creative genius who’s passion for design is bordering on fanatical.

Always well researched and brilliantly executed, Marcus’ work reflects his willingness to get involved with a project, he’ll even do old-school visuals if needed. He likes to get really immersed in the brief, meeting the clients and presenting his own work, not something a lot of agencies are keen on. They like to keep their creatives locked away but if we’re appointed you’ll get to know ours very well indeed.

Sam Moore.


Sam had worked with her previous agency for 14 years and we love that kind of loyalty and dedication. We were also very impressed with Sam’s diverse portfolio: so we hired her immediately.

Like us, she’s not phased by working with big international clients and is the best at working directly with the client and seeing those big projects right through from initial concepts to end delivery date.

Not only is Michael our web techie, he’s also a great designer in his own right. Always teaching us about the latest in web trends, Michael makes sure that we don’t design anything that doesn’t look brilliant on any digital device. He’s dedicated to making a smooth user experience and will use that focus for turning good websites into great websites.

Like everyone in our business, clients are encouraged to meet and liaise directly with Michael where needed. No jargon, just straightforward answers.

Michael is on hand to offer training and ongoing support to organisations who like to manage their own online presence.

Shane Muirhead.

Web Developer

Shane is a Full Stack Developer, a ‘digital problem-solver’ and a self-professed ‘Web Geek’. His attention to detail and experience in multiple Front End frameworks, makes for a ‘pixel perfect’ transformation from design to development.

Constantly updating his ‘development armoury’, Shane is at the forefront when it comes to using the latest web technologies and practices.

As the latest member to join the crew, our ‘Web Wizard’ has quickly become a valuable cog in the ‘OA’ wheel.
